Men’s Breakfast Club
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:00 AM
Men are leaders and have a great responsibility to the community and home this program is designed to serve as an accountability group for men who are interested in training in a positive, encouraging and structured environment to help achieve great health and fitness levels. The plus to this program is that the leader of the group trains with the participants offering guidance and motivation to push to new levels. The purpose is to establish what should be a top priority, “good” health. This program offers a variety of training methodologies from body weight exercise, unconventional strength and power techniques, sport based movements, core development and accountability.
Fit Camp
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 10:00 AM, Saturdays: 8:00 AM
There’s only one way to RISE ABOVE AVERAGE and that’s to put in the work! Our Fit Camps are a great way for you to add agility, strength, speed and endurance training into your day and be in and out within an hour!
Fit Camps are run by our elite training staff who will coach you through the session and modify exercises and intensity to fit your current level of fitness and goals. Our Fit Camps feature great music, great energy and great camaraderie within the group because everyone is there to do one thing: self-improvement.
